relrelb	a6387c3c10	core: Fix build without serde feature ... Previously `cargo build --no-default-features` failed because then `serde` was not found. Fix that by not implementing serde's traits in that case, similarly to `config.rs`.	2021-05-22 22:50:20 -07:00
