David Wendt	88fcb98913	Allow disabling entity processing when parsing XML. This necessitated a change to edittext_bullet, which turns out is accidentally an entity test, too. It now no longer uses entities so that it won't spuriously fail due to an entity related problem.	2020-06-20 20:06:21 -04:00
